Shipping Policy


Receive Free Ground Shipping on orders over $50. Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases. Please note, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted.  

• We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is only $5 for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or military/air force base may require additional payment and delivery time.​

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please be sure to provide the actual street address. Orders submitted with P.O. Box for shipping address will not be processed.

• Most orders received before 12 pm Eastern Time are shipped within 3 business days after they are placed (Contingent upon product availability.) 

• Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. We ship all orders in the continental US via United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders arrive within 3-8 business days unless Express, or Priority was selected. Please note that this does not change the processing time. It just changes how your item will ship after it is processed in the stated time. If you purchase the express mail upgrade it does not mean your purchase will ship next business day, it means when it is ready to ship after the production time stated it will ship express mail rather then first class. 

• Store credit may be issued for items out of stock. Refunds for out of stock items will be issued upon request.

• In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted and notified immediately by our customer service.

• Ice Versa is closed on weekends. In observance of National Holidays we will not be shipping orders on the following dates:

• Ice Versa reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

• Ice Versa will only deliver your package to the address that was requested when your order was placed. Please make sure you have listed your correct shipping address before submitting your payment. We are not responsible for items sent to old addresses and will not refund or replace items ordered and shipped to an incorrect address. If you are paying through Paypal, be sure that you have updated your shipping address. We don’t re-route any packages and don’t offer the service of picking up at a USPS location.

• Ice Versa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

•  Ice Versa is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays or other occurrences and the shipping fee is non-refundable.

• Ice Versa is not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a concierge or neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.

• It is not our responsibility to track every item. If an item appears to be delayed, we highly recommend contacting your local post office to see if it has already been delivered.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped. Tracking information will not be available until your package ships and has left our warehouse. Please note that tracking information may not be available until 24 hours after courier has received the package. Either click on the tracking number and follow the link or visit and enter your tracking number. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.


Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.


International orders over $500 are subject to review and may be cancelled.


Detailed tracking info is not available for standard international shipments.


International shipments may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these government imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be.



We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the USPS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime by clicking on the Order Tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.



If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.



There are easy ways to track your order:

• You will need your order tracking number.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the USPS tracking number.

• Click on the Order Tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.

• Log in to the website and go to the My Account section.

• All your order records can be provided by contacting us at or via our contact form. 



We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
