Warranty Policy

RETURNS

• We inspect all items before shipping out. In the event that your item is damaged from the shipping process, please make sure to contact us by email cs@iceversa.com with a clear picture of the item within 36 hours of receipt.

• The item must be returned in any case. 

•  If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us by email cs@iceversa.com or via our contact form.

We will reply you with a return address and instructions. The item will be returned at the cost of the buyer.

• Returns will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order.

• Returns do not apply to the following items:
    - Non-USD currencies
    - Item(s) shipped over 14 days ago
    - Exchanged, repaired, or resized items
    - Items that became damaged or defective after delivery
    - Special ordered, customized or custom made

    - Final sale items

    - Grillz items (due to the nature of the product)

    - Single item over $300

• Returns are processed during weekdays once the items have been received at our warehouse. Following receipt of your returned item, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please allow an average of 1-2 weeks for full processing.

• The products must be returned in new, resellable condition. our staffs will review the returned item. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered, misuse, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.

• All packaging, instructions and warranty documents must accompany any exchange or a 20% restocking fee may apply. If the leatherette boxes associated with certain products are not returned, the value of the box will be subtracted from the return.

• As stated above, shipping charges will be incurred unless items are defective or there is a shipping error.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

• We offer store credit unless items are defective or there is a shipping error.

• All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Additional shipping charges may be incurred if packages are returned via alternate carriers (including, but not limited to, UPS and Canada Post). ICE VERSA reserves the right to charge your credit card for any fees we incur at time of package receipt. To avoid additional charges, we recommend sending your return via your country's Postal Office.

 

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER

For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been shipped. We therefore ask you to please check your shopping bag carefully before finalizing your order. If you would like to change or cancel an order before shipping, please contact us by email cs@iceversa.com or va our contact form. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a return once you have received the shipment.

 

PRICING
We endeavor to ensure that all pricing information set forth on this website is accurate. Despite our best efforts, however, a data base error may occur and some of our products may be incorrectly priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will not be bound to sell that product to you at the stated price. In these instances, we will contact you to determine whether you would like to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order.
